Kinderland Child Care (Choa Chu Kang)

Principal Mrs Aileen Low

Dear Mrs. Low,

My husband and I would like to express our heartfelt thanks to the teachers in Kinderland, especially to Ms Ann and Mdm Pek of Barney Nursery class (2005).

Our son, Abel took a relatively long time (6 months or more) to adapt to Kinderland.  He was always in tears whenever it was time for him to be in school.  However, Ms Ann, his form teacher would always hug him to calm him down before bringing him to the classroom.  In fact, there were times when Ms Ann would even carry him even though she was pregnant then.  We are grateful to Ms Ann for the love and patience shown towards him throughout his adjustment period.  Abel is indeed lucky to have such a caring teacher.

Abel has also expressed that he is very happy in Kinderland.  He has made many friends, loves his teachers and enjoys his lessons in class as well as the outdoor activities.  Our parents are extremely happy that Abel is able to converse with them in Mandarin now as prior to attending Kinderland, he couldn't utter nor understand a single word in Mandarin when spoken to.

As he has settled in very comfortably now, we have decided to enroll him in the full time programme.  Hence, it is really a relief to hear that Ms Ann and Mdm Pek will still be his form teacher next year, as we know that he will be in good hands.

We are truly glad to have sent him to Kinderland as there is indeed a great team of teaching and non-teaching staff attending to the little ones.  The friendly school environment also allows us to communicate freely and easily with the teachers on our child's progress.

Once again, thank you for making Abel's first year in the school a truly happy experience.

Warmest regards,

Mrs Lynn Lek
